Working Principle

Using carbon dioxide gas as the laser medium, the equipment generates 10.64μm infrared laser beam under electrical excitation. After beam expansion and focusing, the high-speed galvanometer controls the deflection of the optical path to accurately act on the workpiece surface. The irradiated area absorbs laser energy and generates thermal excitation, leading to rapid temperature rise. The material surface will undergo denaturation, melting, ablation and vaporization, forming permanent marks such as graphics, barcodes and characters. The whole processing is non-contact without mechanical extrusion damage, and the marks are durable and wear-resistant.
