The FL-MF Fiber Laser Marking Machine is suitable for stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum, brass, copper, titanium, gold, silver, coated metals and many engineering plastics such as ABS, PC and PVC. It is ideal for marking logos, serial numbers, QR codes, barcodes and graphics. For special materials, sample testing is recommended before purchase.
A 20W model is suitable for standard marking applications on metals and plastics. A 30W model provides higher marking efficiency and improved engraving capability. A 50W model is recommended for deep engraving, high-speed production and marking larger workpieces. Our engineers can recommend the most suitable configuration based on your material and production requirements.
Yes. Fiber laser marking machines can perform deep engraving on many metal materials by adjusting laser power, frequency, speed and the number of marking passes. Higher-power models such as 50W or above generally achieve faster and deeper engraving results. The achievable depth depends on the material type and processing requirements.
The marking area should be selected according to the maximum size of your workpiece. Smaller fields provide finer laser spot quality and higher precision, while larger fields are suitable for processing bigger products. Common options include 110 × 110 mm, 150 × 150 mm, 200 × 200 mm and 300 × 300 mm.
Yes. An optional rotary attachment allows the machine to mark cylindrical and curved workpieces such as rings, pipes, bearings, cups and shafts. The rotary fixture is synchronized with the marking software to ensure accurate and consistent results on round surfaces.
Fiber laser marking machines require very little routine maintenance because the fiber laser source does not require regular consumable replacement. Operators only need to keep the lens clean, maintain a dust-free working environment and perform periodic inspections. This results in low operating costs and high long-term reliability.
